# Shakshuka

**Eggs poached in a spicy tomato and pepper sauce.**

A dish from North Africa and the Middle East, shakshuka is cooked in a single pan: a sauce of tomatoes, peppers and cumin into which you crack eggs. Eaten with bread, straight from the pan.
