## Ingredients

- 400 g pasta
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g feta cheese, in one block
- 60 ml olive oil
- 5 g salt
- 2 g black pepper, ground
- 3 × garlic, cloves, peeled
- 10 g basil, fresh leaves

## Method

1. **Preheat the oven** Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
2. **Prepare the baking dish** Place the feta block in the middle of a baking dish. Scatter the cherry tomatoes around it. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic cloves.
3. **Bake the feta and tomatoes** Bake until the tomatoes burst and the feta is soft and golden.
4. **Cook the pasta** Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, keeping a little cooking water.
5. **Make the sauce** Mash the baked feta and tomatoes with a fork into a creamy sauce. Stir in the drained pasta and a splash of cooking water. Add the fresh basil and mix well.
6. **Serve** Serve immediately with extra basil and pepper.
