## Ingredients

- 115 g butter, softened
- 100 g brown sugar
- 60 g sugar
- 1 × egg
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 200 g flour
- 3 g baking soda
- 2 g salt
- 150 g chocolate chips

## Method

1. **Cream the butter and sugars** Beat the softened butter with the brown sugar and sugar until light and fluffy. Whisk in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. **Make the cookie dough** Add the flour, baking soda and salt and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
3. **Shape the bear cookies** Roll the dough into balls and place them on the baking tray. Add two small dough balls on top of each cookie for the ears.
4. **Bake** Bake at 180 °C until the edges are golden.
5. **Cool** Let the cookies cool on the tray before serving.
