## Ingredients

- 1 × onion, finely chopped
- 3 × garlic, minced
- 2 × shallot, finely chopped
- 60 g tomato paste
- 60 ml vodka
- 200 ml heavy whipping cream
- 5 g salt
- 3 g crushed red pepper
- 4 × chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 g black pepper, ground
- 100 g flour
- 2 × egg, beaten for egg wash

## Method

1. **Make the spicy vodka sauce** Sauté the chopped onion, garlic and shallots in a pan. Add the tomato paste and cook it out briefly. Pour in the vodka and let the alcohol cook off. Add the heavy whipping cream and mix everything together. Finish with salt and crushed red pepper, then taste.
2. **Prepare the chicken** Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper. Coat the chicken in flour. Dip it into the egg wash. Press it into the panko bread crumbs.
3. **Fry the chicken** Fry the breaded chicken until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
