Préparation
- Étape 1
Preheat and prep
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.

Make the banana batter
- Cream the softened butter with the granulated sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
- Fold in the sifted flour, baking powder and salt, then pour in the milk and mix until just combined.

Bake the cupcakes
- Divide the batter evenly between the 12 liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely on a wire rack before decorating.

Make the yellow frosting
- Beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the yellow food coloring and mix until evenly colored.

Decorate like Minions
- Pipe the yellow frosting over each cooled cupcake in a tall swirl.
- Place two candy eyes on each cupcake.
- Use the black food coloring to draw the goggle strap and a smile on each Minion.
