A sardine can, not a cookbook
Everyone has the same problem. A "recipes" folder that overflows, thirty-second videos you promise yourself you'll make, and a Tuesday night when you order in anyway.
Mezze isn't selling you sardines. We borrow the codes of the can because it says exactly what we do: take what's scattered, line it up, make it available the moment you're hungry.
You're not a chef
Your plate won't look like the one in the video. It will be eaten on a cluttered counter, in a real kitchen, with mismatched dishes. Our identity doesn't rest on the beautiful dish. It rests on the fact that it exists.
Your vocabulary
Quick, Comfort Food, Girl's Dinner, Impress. Not "starters" and "mains", not "world cuisine". We sort the way you think, not the way a menu does.
The recipes come from creators
Their images carry the appetite, not the brand. Mezze steps back behind the content and only shows up at the turning points: onboarding, "Let's cook", the grocery list.
