Préparation

  1. Preheat and prepare the tray

    • Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
    • Line a small baking tray with parchment paper.
    Étape 1
  2. Mix the batter

    • Add the protein powder, oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder and salt to a mixing bowl.
    • Mix with a fork until a thick batter forms and everything is fully incorporated; it should look like cookie dough, possibly a little stickier depending on the protein powder.
    Étape 2
  3. Fold in the raisins

    • Fold the raisins into the dough until evenly distributed.
    Étape 3
  4. Shape the cookies

    • Scoop the dough with an ice cream scoop into one large cookie or two regular cookies, leaving space between them.
    • Press each cookie down slightly with your hand.
    Étape 4
  5. Bake

    • Bake until the cookies are set and golden brown.
    • If they are not quite set after 12 minutes, chill them in the fridge for 5 minutes instead of baking longer.
    Étape 5
  6. Serve and store

    • Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
