Prepare the meat

• Season the meat with salt, black pepper and a drizzle of oil.
• Toss so every piece is evenly coated.

Set up the bottle press

• Take a plastic bottle and cut it in half.
• Place the meat inside the half-cut bottle.
• Press the meat down firmly with the cap.

Flip and skewer

• Flip the packed bottle onto a jar so the neck points upward.
• Insert a skewer into the bottleneck.
• Push hard so the meat slides out onto the skewer as a compact meat skewer.

Cook and serve

• Cook the formed meat skewer on a hot pan or grill until browned and cooked through.
• Serve hot.
