A recipe cooked entirely in a single vessel.

A one-pot dish is cooked start to finish in a single pot, pan or Dutch oven: the pasta cooks right in the sauce, the rice in the stock. Fewer dishes, more flavor, and recipes that are perfect for a weeknight.
