How to make it

  1. 1

    Make the honey Tabasco dressing

In a bowl or jar, combine 1/2 cup avocado oil, 2/3 cup lemon juice, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 2 1/2 tablespoons honey and 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco.

Add a little salt and pepper.

    Whisk everything together until emulsified.

Taste and adjust — the dressing should be a touch sweet.

  2. 2

    Prepare the salad base

Chop the romaine and dino kale and add to a large bowl.

    Add the rotisserie chicken breast.

  3. 3

Add avocado, feta, walnuts and dill

Dice 2 small ripe avocados and toss them with a little lemon juice.

Add the avocado to the bowl along with 1 cup crumbled feta and the toasted chopped walnuts.

Add about 1/4 cup fresh dill.

  4. 4

    Toss and serve

Toss the salad with the honey Tabasco dressing.

    Serve and enjoy.
