Chill the glass

• Fill the cocktail glass with ice to chill it while you prepare the drink.

Build the cocktail

• Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
• Pour in the Baileys, vodka, coffee liqueur and espresso.

Shake

• Shake hard until the shaker is well chilled and frothy.

Strain and serve

• Discard the ice from the glass.
• Double strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.

Tiramisu topping

• Spoon a small dollop of mascarpone on top of the foam.
• Dust generously with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
