Zubereitung
- Schritt 1
Mix the wet ingredients
- In a bowl, combine the milk, eggs, brown sugar and oil.
- Mix well until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

Add the dry ingredients and chocolate
- Add the sifted flour little by little, then the sifted baking powder and sifted cocoa powder.
- Stir in the melted chocolate and mix until the batter is homogeneous.

Bake the cake
- Pour the batter into a 20 cm mold.
- Bake at 165 °C for 50 minutes.

Make the ganache
- Melt the chocolate in the hot cream.
- Leave to rest in the fridge until you reach the perfect consistency.

Assemble
- Add the ganache to the cake while it is still warm so it melts slightly and becomes even more delicious.
