Zubereitung
- Schritt 1
Heat-treat the flour
- Spread the flour on a baking tray.
- Bake at 180 °C until it reaches 74 °C, then let it cool completely.

Cream butter and sugars
- Beat the softened butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Schritt 3
Make the dough
- Add the cooled flour and salt and mix until just combined.
- Pour in the milk and mix to a soft dough.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.

Serve
- Scoop the dough into portions and enjoy straight away or chill.
