Chill the glass

• Fill the cocktail glass with ice to chill it while you mix.

Shake the cocktail

• Fill the shaker with ice.
• Add the vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit purée, lime juice and vanilla syrup.
• Shake hard until the outside of the shaker is frosted.

Strain and serve

• Discard the ice from the glass.
• Double strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.
• Garnish with a passion fruit half and serve the chilled prosecco on the side.
