Preparación

  1. Make the burger sauce

    • Combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish and a little sugar in a bowl.
    • Stir everything together until smooth.
    • Let the sauce chill while you prepare the beef.
    Paso 1
  2. Cook the seasoned beef

    • Brown the ground beef in a pan, breaking it up as it cooks.
    • Season with onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, Cajun seasoning and a little liquid smoke.
    • Stir the seasonings through and cook until the beef is fully done.
    Paso 2
  3. Slice the rolls

    • Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the bottoms and tops in one piece.
    Paso 3
  4. Assemble the sliders

    • Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish.
    • Drizzle the burger sauce all over the bottoms.
    • Add the Colby Jack cheese, then spread the cooked beef on top and cover with the roll tops.
    Paso 4
  5. Brush with butter and parsley

    • Melt the butter with the chopped parsley.
    • Brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls.
    Paso 5
  6. Bake the sliders

    • Bake at 175 °C until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden.
    • Brush the remaining parsley butter over the hot sliders before serving.
