Instagram lets you save a Reel to a collection. But the collection only shows thumbnails, and the recipe is often in the caption, cut off after three lines.
Read the whole caption
Many food creators write the full recipe in the caption. Tap "more" to expand it, then copy it. It's the most reliable source, more than the audio.
Share to Mezze
From the Reel, tap the paper plane icon then Mezze. Caption and video are analyzed together. You get a card with the creator's name, a link to the original video and the structured recipe.
