- Stap 1
Blend the ice cream base
- Combine the coconut cream, frozen strawberries and vanilla extract in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.

- Smooth the top with a spatula.

Freeze
- Place in the freezer until firm.

Soften and serve
- Take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it sit to soften before scooping.
