Bereiding
- Stap 1
Prepare the coating station
- Place the flour in a bowl, the beaten egg in a second bowl and the breadcrumbs in a third.
- Grate the cheddar and mozzarella and mix them together.
- Stap 2
Coat the sausages
- Roll each sausage in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- Press the crumbs on well so the coating sticks.

Fry the sausages
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the sausages until golden and crispy all over, turning regularly.

Melt the cheese
- Drain the sausages and top them generously with the grated cheese mix.
- Cover the pan so the cheese melts over the sausages.

Assemble the hot dogs
- Warm the buns and place a cheese-topped sausage in each.
- Finish with ketchup and mustard and serve immediately.
