Combine the powders
- Add the super food greens powder, the gut health packet and the skin elixir packet to a dry glass.
- Stap 2
Add water and mix
- Pour in the water and stir until the powders are fully dissolved.

Add the fizz stick
- Stir in the energy fizz stick last so it stays fizzy.
- Mix once more and drink straight away.
