Bereiding
- Stap 1
Melt the butter
- Melt the butter in a saucepan.
- Leave it to cool for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Stap 2
Make the creamy base
- Mix the melted butter with the brown sugar and white sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg and the vanilla extract and mix again.
- Stap 3
Add the dry ingredients
- Add the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Mix everything together with a dough scraper.
- The dough should not be sticky; add more flour if necessary so it no longer sticks to your hands.

Fold in the chocolate
- Fold the chopped dark chocolate and milk chocolate into the dough.
- Stap 5
Shape the mini cookies
- Roll the dough into small balls the size of one teaspoon.
- Place them on a baking tray with enough space between them.
- Stap 6
Bake
- Bake the cookies at 190 °C for 5 minutes.
- They will still be very soft when they come out; they firm up as they cool.
