Prepare the apples
- Wash and thoroughly dry the apples
- Push a popsicle stick firmly into the top of each apple

Melt the white chocolate
- Melt the white chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, or in a bowl over simmering water
- Stir until completely smooth

Coat the apples
- Dip each apple into the melted white chocolate, turning to coat evenly
- Let the excess chocolate drip back into the bowl
