Method

  1. Sear the steak

    • Season the ribeye steaks and sear them in a hot pan for one minute on each side.
    • Remove the steaks from the pan.
    Step 1
  2. Butter and wrap the steak

    • Place butter on the steaks and sprinkle with thyme.
    • Wrap each steak tightly in foil so the butter steams it.
    Step 2
  3. Air fry the steak

    • Place the wrapped steaks in the air fryer and cook until tender and juicy.
    • Remove the steaks and keep the juices for dipping.
    Step 3
  4. Prepare the twice baked potato

    • Bake the potatoes, cut them and scoop out the flesh, keeping the shells together as one big potato.
    • Mix the flesh with cheese, sour cream and seasoning, then fill the shells and top with more cheese.
    Step 4
  5. Bake the potato in the air fryer

    • Place the stuffed potato in the air fryer and bake at 200 °C for 15 minutes.
    • Open the foil to release the steam and stop the cooking.
    Step 5
  6. Roast the broccoli

    • Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil and seasoning.
    • Roast until tender and lightly charred.
    Step 6
  7. Plate and finish

    • Top the potato with sour cream, chives, bacon, Parmesan and salt and vinegar seasoning.
    • Add the steak to the plate, top with sautéed mushrooms and onions and serve with the steak juices for dipping.
