Method
- Step 1
Prepare the batter
- Add the extra egg to the brownie mix in a large bowl
- Pour in the milk in place of water
- Add the melted butter in place of oil
- Stir in the vanilla extract
- Step 2
Add the baking powder
- Add the baking powder to the dry mix and shake to combine
- Mix it into the wet batter until smooth
- Step 3
Bake the cake
- Pour the batter into the springform pan
- Bake until a skewer comes out clean
