Method
- Step 1
Preheat and prepare the dough
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place the sugar cookie dough balls on the tray, using two dough balls per cookie for a thicker base.

Bake the cookie bases
- Bake the cookie bases until just set and lightly golden.

Add the tree cookies
- Remove the tray from the oven and press a tree cookie gently into the center of each warm cookie.
- Scatter the sprinkles over the cookies.
