    Step 1
  2. Make the dough

    • Add the sugar, salt, eggs and melted butter to the yeast mixture and mix.
    • Gradually add the flour and mix.
    • Let the dough rest, then knead or mix with a dough hook until soft and smooth.
    • If the dough feels too sticky, add flour a little at a time until it feels like soft playdough.
    Step 2
  3. First rise

    • Lightly oil your hands and knead the dough once or twice more.
    • Cover the bowl with a warm towel and let rise in a warm spot until doubled in size.

  5. Assemble the rolls

    • Dust the counter with a little flour, place the dough on it and roll it out into a large rectangle.
    • Spread the cinnamon mixture evenly over the dough.
    • Roll the dough up tightly into a log, then cut into thick rolls using a knife or string.
    Step 5
  6. Second rise

    • Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover and let rise again.
    Step 6
  7. Add cream and bake

    • Pour the warm heavy whipping cream evenly over the rolls.
    • Preheat the oven to 190 °C and bake until golden brown.
