step by step

Method

  1. Mix the base

    • Pour 400 ml of Fairlife fat free milk into the Ninja Creami container.
    • Add 1 tsp of Lorann cookie butter extract.
    Step 1

  2. Mix the dry ingredients

    • In a separate bowl, add 45 g of sweetener.
    • Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp xanthan gum and 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
    • Mix together.

  3. Blend

    • Add the dry mixture to the milk.
    • Blend for about a minute.
    Step 3

  4. Freeze

    • Place the lid on the container.
    • Put it in the freezer overnight (about 24 hours).
    Step 4

  5. Spin in the Creami

    • Place the frozen pint in the machine and run it on Light Ice Cream mode once.
    • Run it through on Respin one more time.
    Step 5

  6. Top and serve

    • Crush one Biscoff cookie and sprinkle it over the top (don't mix it in, it will turn to dust).
    • Place the second whole Biscoff cookie right in the center.
    • Serve immediately.
