Preheat and cut the pastry

Wrap the hot dogs

• Wrap each hot dog in a pastry strip, spiralling it around the sausage.
• Place the wrapped hot dogs on a lined baking tray.

Brush and season

• Brush the pastry with the beaten egg.
• Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.

Bake

• Bake until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
