step by step
Method
- Step 1
Prepare the strawberries
- Wash and dry the strawberries well
- Insert a skewer into the top of each strawberry
- Step 2
Melt the chocolate
- Melt the white chocolate in a bowl
- Melt the dark chocolate in a separate bowl
- Step 3
Coat the strawberries
- Dip each strawberry into the white chocolate
- Let the excess drip off and place on a tray
- Step 4
Chill
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is set
- Step 5
Decorate the zombies
- Pipe dark chocolate stitches and mouths on the strawberries
- Stick on the candy eyes
- Step 6
Set and serve
- Chill again until the decoration is firm
