Method
- Step 1
Prepare the strawberries
- Wash, hull and finely dice the strawberries.
- Pat them dry so the chocolate sticks well.
- Step 2
Melt the chocolate
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl until smooth.
- Step 3
Form the clusters
- Fold the diced strawberries into the melted chocolate.
- Spoon small clusters onto a tray lined with baking paper.
- Step 4
Chill and serve
