step by step
Method
- Step 1
Bake and cool the cake
- Prepare the strawberry cake as directed on the box.
- Let it cool completely, then break it into crumbles.
- Step 2
Make the whipped cream
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
- Set aside, keeping some for the topping and some as a binder.
- Step 3
Make the pudding mixture
- Cream the room temperature cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla.
- Scrape the bowl a few times to make sure it is blended.
- Add the prepared banana pudding and fold the mixtures together until smooth.
- Step 4
Make the cookie crust crumble
- Crush the Golden Oreos in a food processor.
- Add whipped cream as a binder and mix until it holds together.
- Step 5
Layer the cheesecake
- Add some of the cookie mixture to the bottom of the pan so it doesn't stick.
- Layer back and forth the strawberry crunch crumbles, the cake crumbles and the pudding mixture.
- Add the strawberries and bananas to the filling.
- Add the rest of the pudding mixture, spread it out and repeat the layering.
- Step 6
Finish and chill
- Pipe a thick border of whipped cream around the entire pan.
- Scatter extra crunch and crumbles on top.
- Drizzle with condensed milk.
- Chill before serving.
