Method

  1. Fry the bacon and eggs

    • Heat a little olive oil in a pan on the stove.
    • Fry the bacon until crisp, then set aside.
    • Fry the eggs in the same pan to your liking.
    • Season with salt and pepper.
    Step 1
  2. Crisp the potatoes

    • Place last night's cooked potatoes in the microwave on air fry mode.
    • No preheating needed — they get crispy really fast.
    Step 2
  3. Marinate and roast the chicken

    • Marinate the chicken overnight in the refrigerator.
    • Pop the chicken into the oven and roast until cooked through.
    • Check the remaining time on the app while it cooks.
    Step 3
  4. Griddle the peaches and assemble the salad

    • Throw the peach halves on the griddle and char them.
    • Slice the roasted chicken.
    • Arrange salad leaves, chicken, griddled peaches and torn burrata on a plate.
    Step 4
  5. Make the pomodoro

    • Bring the pasta water to a boil on the double burner and cook the spaghetti.
    • Sauté the garlic in olive oil, add the crushed tomatoes and simmer into a sauce.
    • Toss the drained pasta with the sauce, finish with fresh basil and grated parmesan.
