Préparation
- Étape 1
Bake the strawberry cakes
- Preheat the oven and line the baking tray.
- Mix the strawberry cake batter with the pink food coloring until evenly pink.
- Divide the batter into the molds and bake until a skewer comes out clean.

Make the flamingo legs and heads
- Melt the pink melting chocolate.
- Pipe thin legs and flamingo heads on a lined tray and let them set firm.
- Étape 3
Assemble the cakes
- Frost the cooled cakes with the pink buttercream.
- Attach the chocolate legs to the stem of each martini glass using a little melted chocolate as glue.
- Place the cake in the glass and add the flamingo head.
