Method

  1. Prep the lobster tails

    • Cut across the top of each lobster tail with kitchen shears, but not all the way through.
    • Cut off the lobster fingers (the small legs) like a nail salon.
    • Make a small X-shaped cut and loosen the meat from the shell, trying to open the shell without breaking it.
    • Push the lobster meat up so it sits on top of the shell.
    Step 1
  2. Season the lobster

    • Drizzle with olive oil and add a pinch of salt.
    • Sprinkle the dry seasoning (onion powder, garlic pepper, pepper, salt) on top.
    • Don't forget to season the bottom of the meat too.
    Step 2
  3. Bake

    • Place the seasoned lobster tails in a 400°F (200°C) oven.
    • Bake for 10 minutes (internal temp 135-140°F).
    Step 3
  4. Make the butter dip

    • Add melted butter, paprika, garlic pepper, parsley or cilantro, and minced garlic.
    • Squeeze in half a lemon.
    • Add grated Parmesan on top and mix everything together.
    Step 4
  5. Finish in the oven

    • Spoon the butter dip over the lobster tails.
    • Add a little more butter on top.
    • Return to the oven for 5 more minutes.
    • Serve and enjoy.
