Method
- Step 1
Mix the strawberries and yogurt
- Dice the strawberries into small pieces.
- Stir the strawberries into the Greek yogurt with the honey until evenly combined.
- Step 2
Shape the clusters
- Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto a tray lined with baking paper.
- Freeze until firm.
- Step 3
Coat in chocolate
- Melt the dark chocolate.
- Dip each frozen cluster in the melted chocolate and place back on the tray.
- Return to the freezer until the chocolate sets.

Store
- Keep the clusters in the freezer and serve straight from frozen.
