Zubereitung
- Schritt 1
Cream the butter and sugars
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until combined.

Add the eggs and vanilla
- Add the eggs, egg yolks and vanilla, then mix until smooth.

Fold in the dry ingredients
- Add the flour, salt and baking soda.
- Gently fold until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed, without overmixing.

Assemble the pie
- Press just over half of the dough into a circular pan.
- Spread the Nutella over the top.
- Cover the Nutella with the remaining dough, sealing the edges.
- Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.

Bake
- Bake at 170 °C until the edges are set and the centre is slightly soft and golden.

Cool and slice
- Let the pie cool completely before slicing.
