Préparation

  1. Fill the jar with the ingredients

    • Add the orange, lemon, red onion, apple, turmeric, ginger, garlic, cinnamon sticks, thyme and oregano to a clean glass jar.
    • Pack everything in tightly, using a jar large enough to hold it all.
    Étape 1
  2. Cover with apple cider vinegar

    • Pour in enough apple cider vinegar to completely submerge all the ingredients.
    • Make sure nothing floats above the surface so everything can infuse.
    Étape 2
  3. Seal and infuse

    • Seal the jar and store it in a cool, dark place.
    • Shake the jar well every few days.
    Étape 3
  4. Strain and store

    • Strain out all the solid ingredients through a sieve or colander.
    • Pour the cider into an airtight jar or bottle and keep it in the fridge.
