Préparation

  1. Prepare the garlic bread shell

    • Slice the garlic bread loaf in half lengthwise and hollow out the inside, keeping the crust as a shell.
    • Mix the softened butter with the minced garlic to make garlic butter.
    • Brush the garlic butter all over the interior walls of the bread shell.
    • Flip the bread and coat the exterior walls with garlic butter too.
    Étape 1
  2. Add Parmesan

    • Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the outside of the garlic bread.
    • Add a little Parmesan on the inside as well.
    Étape 2
  3. Build the brisket lasagna

    • Place the garlic bread shell in the baking dish.
    • Lay a thick slice of brisket inside the garlic bread.
    • Pour barbecue sauce over the brisket.
    • Add a layer of pre-cooked lasagna sheets.
    • Top with slices of matured cheddar.
    • Repeat with another slice of brisket, more lasagna sheets and barbecue sauce.
    • Finish with a last layer of lasagna sheets, making sure everything is covered in sauce.
    Étape 3
  4. Top and bake

    • Add a little more barbecue sauce on top.
    • Scatter shredded mozzarella over the top, using the excess from the tray.
