Method

  1. Make the Cajun butter

    • Mix the softened butter, Cajun seasoning, parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice and Dijon mustard until combined.
    • Add red pepper flakes if you want extra spice.
    Step 1
  2. Season the steak bites

    • Trim the steaks and cut them into 1 inch pieces.
    • Season with Worcestershire sauce and buttery steakhouse seasoning.
    • Let the steaks rest before cooking to avoid chewy steak bites.
    Step 2
  3. Sear the steak bites

    • Cook the steak in avocado oil over medium/high heat.
    • Flip after 1 to 2 minutes.
    • Reduce the heat and stir in the Cajun butter, tossing the steak bites for 1 additional minute.
    Step 3
  4. Cook the asparagus

    • Remove the steak and add the asparagus to the pan.
    • Season the asparagus with lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper and Parmesan.
    Step 4
  5. Make the creamy Parmesan mashed potatoes

    • Peel the gold potatoes and dice into 1 inch cubes.
    • Boil in salted water until tender, then drain and mash.
    • Stir in the heavy cream, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, butter, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
