Préparation

  1. Prepare the onion cups

    • Cut the Vidalia onion into thick cups and separate the layers.
    • If the onion is not sweet, soak the cups in salt water or vinegar water to take the bite out.
    Étape 1
  2. Arrange the cups under the dumplings

    • Place the onion cups on the plate first, before adding any condiments.
    • Set the hot soup dumplings on top of the onion cups so the cups catch everything.
    Étape 2
  3. Add the condiments

    • Pour the soy sauce straight into the onion cup.
    • Add the chili crisp and the buldak sauce into the cups.
    Étape 3
  4. Eat

    • Eat the dumpling together with the onion cup so it holds all the condiments.
