Przygotowanie

  1. Prepare the gingerbread crumb

    • Blitz the gingerbread biscuits in a blender until you get a fine crumb.
    • Tip the crumb onto a small plate.

  2. Coat the glass rims

    • Melt the white chocolate.
    • Dip the rim of each cocktail glass into the melted white chocolate.
    • Then dip the rim into the blitzed gingerbread crumb.

  3. Shake the cocktail

    • Fill a shaker with lots of ice.
    • Add the vodka, Kahlúa, Baileys and espresso.
    • Shake well until the shaker is very cold.

  4. Pour and garnish

    • Pour a little into each glass, going back and forth between them so both get an even froth.
    • Once the froth has settled, top each glass with a little gingerbread man.
