Przygotowanie

  1. Freeze the Nutella layer

    • Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
    • Spread the Nutella onto the parchment into a thin, even square the size of the pan.
    • Freeze until frozen solid.

  2. Preheat the oven

    • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
    • Line and grease a second 8x8 pan with parchment paper.

  3. Make the brownie batter

    • In a large bowl, whisk the melted butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
    • Add the eggs and vanilla, then whisk vigorously for 1-2 minutes.
    • Stir in the cocoa powder and salt until fully combined.

  4. Finish the batter

    • Mix in the oil.
    • Gently fold in the flour until just combined, without overmixing.
    • Fold in the chocolate chips.

  5. Assemble the brownies

    • Spread half the batter into the greased pan.
    • Place the frozen Nutella sheet on top of the batter.
    • Spread the remaining batter over it to cover the Nutella layer completely.

  6. Bake

    • Bake until a toothpick near the center comes out with no wet batter, just a little Nutella and slightly moist crumbs.

  7. Cool completely

    • Let the brownies cool completely in the pan.

  8. Decorate with strawberries

    • Spread a thin layer of Nutella over the cooled brownies.
    • Arrange the strawberry slices all over the top.
    • Drizzle with more Nutella and enjoy fresh.
