step by step
Method
- Step 1
Season the flour
- Lay out the flour in a bowl or dish.
- Season with salt, pepper and plenty of garlic powder.
- Mix everything together.
- Step 2
Coat the chicken
- Coat the chicken very well, getting into all the crevices.
- Step 3
Sear the chicken
- Heat the oil and add the butter in a pan.
- Cook each side of the chicken until golden brown.
- Step 4
Sauté the mushrooms
- Drop the mushrooms into the pan and sauté until cooked down.
- Add the garlic.
- Step 5
Make the cream sauce
- Add the heavy cream and chicken broth.
- Season with parsley, Parmesan, salt and pepper.
- Step 6
Finish and serve
- Add the chicken back in and cook on low heat.
- Bathe the chicken in the cream sauce and serve.
